SanTan Motorplex - Gilbert, AZ

The Santan Motorplex will be the largest automall in the State of Arizona. It's anticipated to be one of the nation's highest grossing automotive sites, more than 45,000 cars are expected to sell at the Santan MotorPlex annually. To date, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Suzuki, Pontiac/Buick/GMC, Subaru, Saturn and Hyundai have announced plans for stunning, state-of-the-art dealerships at Santan MotorPlex.

Main Street Commons - Gilbert, AZ

Main Street Commons is a mixed-use project with preliminary plans calling for 860,000 square feet of upscale retail and office space. It will feature a central community plaza with a spirited water feature, convenient on-street parking, diverse multi-storied building facades and canopied pedestrian pathways. Energetic retail, specialty dining, parades, community festivals, and live concerts will all be a part of Main Street Commons.

Rome Towers - Gilbert, AZ

Rome Towers is a 110,000 square feet mixed-use development and scheduled to open in mid 2007. The building is comprised of two signature Class-A office towers, a retail shopping center and plaza, an elaborate open-air lobby and an integrated parking structure. The building is located at Val Vista Drive and Pecos Road and will stand at five-stories with ground level retail and four-stories of office condominiums.

Mercy Gilbert Medical Center - Gilbert, AZ

This 100 acre site is a diversified medical campus with 60 acres designated for the main medical center and 40 acres for surrounding medical office use. Construction was completed in early 2006 and included 356,000 square feet of medical uses. A newly constructed 60,000 s.f. medical office building was recently added to the campus.

Banner Gateway Medical Center - Gilbert, AZ

Banner Gateway Medical Center is now under construction at the SWC of Higley Road and the Superstition Freeway. The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion in late 2007. The first phase includes 377,000 square feet of medical uses and a 93,000 s.f. medical office facility adjacent to the main center.

Phase one features nearly 457,000 square feet of retail and restaurant uses, which includes a Super Target as the major anchor. Phase two is currently under construction and will feature over 180,000 square feet of retail uses including a future Mervyn's department store.

At build-out, Gilbert Gateway Towne Center will feature 800,000 square feet of retail and restaurant uses. Phase one is completed and features a Super Target as the major anchor. Phase two is now under construction and will include a future Wal Mart, Staples and additional retail shops.
